Hi!
Puerto Rico is the perfect place for destination weddings in the caribbean. Here are some reasons: no US passport required, US dollars accepted, just a short stop away from USA, spanish & english are the official languages and the warm caribbean climate.
See for yourself!
Hi all!
This is the beautiful view that we had from the Mandalay Bay Hotel during a latin photographer's group (www.forodefotografos.com) party. That was the night of the transformer failure and were all in the dark. But the party goes on!
More images soon!
Hello everyone!
I am finally back from Las Vegas photographer's convention (www.wppinow.com). I am still tired and sleepy. But sure, I need to confess that I had a lot of fun too. I had the honor to meet the best wedding photographers from all over the world; photographers like the one that shot the wedding pictures for Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes (Robert Evans); the one that shot the wedding pictures of Eva Longoria & Tony Parker (Bob Davis) and others.
Here is a video recap from the people of Cinematic Studios.
About the print competition results: According to the WPPI office I had three prints with more than 80 points. This is good news, but I need to wait for the official announcement.
I plan to post more pictures of the event very soon.
For the brides: The results of these events will benefit you, brides & grooms. It means I am now updated with the new trends of wedding photography, wedding albums, photography style, and many more. Also, I am very excited to keep taking beautiful pictures for the rest of the year.
The world's largest convention in the US is less than couple of days away, from March 15-20. I had an incredible time last year learning from the best photographers of the world. Sure, it is not about seminar only, I have many invitations to private partys and get togethers. Yeah!
Attention photographers: Anybody who has ever had the opportunity to meet Joe Photo, will love this video. Cinematic Studios and WPPI have teamed up for this video series. for thosse who don't know who Joe is, or haven't met him, he is a very talented photographer from Orange County, who has found a way to bring his inner rock star to the world of wedding photography.
Episode 1 of “Diary of a Washed Up Rock Star Wedding Photographer.” In the episode, Skip learns that his abysmal ratings from last year’s award show means WPPI has to bring back Joe Photo and Michele Celentano to host. Joe in his despair has ended up in a dead-end job.
Here is part one of the series... enjoy!
Episode 2 of “Diary of a Washed Up Rock Star Wedding" Enjoy!
Episode 3 - The Big Finale!
I am very excited again! One of my images was selected to be featured in ¡Qué Pasa!; this is the official publication of the Puerto Rico Tourism Company for visitors. Also, the selected image promotes the "Destination Weddings & Honeymoon EXPO" at the Caribbean Bridal Expo. This event will be held at the Puerto Rico Convention Center during March 29-30, 2008.
